You can take a "Picture" of your screen so you can paste the item into any document including email, Word, PowerPoint, etc. It can be a great way to show directions
visually.

When you take a picture the computer saves a file to you desktop called "Picture 1"

Note: The Command key looks like the cloverleaf below. We geeks can no longer call it the "Apple" key because the new keyboards only have the command icon. For a more in-depth history of the Command Key, I encourage you to check out this exciting and sleep-inducing link
